Often considered a “tummy and joint soother,” ginger also adds a warm flavor and sensation to a variety of culinary dishes and beverages.†

Perhaps you have memories of gingerbread or ginger snaps, or love the flavor of ginger in your favorite cuisine. There’s a good reason why it’s memorable and easy to love: ginger has a sweet, spicy, woody and warm aroma and taste. Plus, it can offer notable benefits, including easing indigestion and nausea, supporting healthy digestion and providing warmth to the body.†

But that’s not all. Ginger has also been referred to as the “oil of empowerment,” creating an inner fire. You might say it can put “fire in the belly,” which is another way of saying more passion or more fight.

Ginger oil blends well with an array of spice and citrus oils, as well as eucalyptus, frankincense, geranium and rosemary oils.

General Directions for Use:

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in a diffuser.

Internal use: Dilute one drop in at least 4 fluid ounces of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil of your choice to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or if you have a medical condition. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children.
